At Parneet Gujral, we strive to deliver quality craftsmanship in every piece. All products go through thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare instance that an issue arises, your purchase may be eligible for return or replacement under the following circumstances:
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Product:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@parneetgujral.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product and external packaging showing visible damage.
2. Incorrect Item Delivered:
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered or from the order confirmation, please share photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery at info@parneetgujral.com.
3. Transit Damage:
If your item has been damaged during shipping, please retain images or video of the unopened package showing the external damage and send it to info@parneetgujral.com within 48 hours.

If your return is accepted:
– Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
– We will cover the shipping costs for both return and replacement.
– Please allow up to 30 working days for processing your replacement.
– Replacement will be of the same style and design, subject to availability. In the rare case that a replacement is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
We do not offer any refunds on any orders.
Since our garments are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges once an order is confirmed.

Alterations for Made-to-Measure Orders
We are happy to offer alteration services for Made-to-Measure pieces.
– Shipping cost for sending the piece to our warehouse is to be borne by the customer.
– We will bear the shipping cost of sending the altered item back to you.

– No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alterations** are applicable on sale/discounted items.
– All claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
